Spiritual Self-Care When You Physically Can’t
Let’s talk about spiritual self-care when you physically can’t.
Sometimes hormone imbalances, chronic illness, and/or mental illness put us in a position where practical self-care can feel like an impossibility. We go to bed at the right time, but cannot sleep; we try to cook healthy meals, but we’re too exhausted.

Learn how to walk on water without any sleep through lessons I’ve learned the hardest way. Join me and discover how to:
1.) How to hold God to His promises
2.) How to find your deepest faith after you’ve hit rock bottom
3.) How to tap into spiritual strength that supersedes physical needs going unmet.
If you’ve struggled with sleep-deprivation of any kind, you understand that it feels like torture.
After years of getting 2-4 broken hours a night due to hormone imbalances, I learned how to lean in to Holy Spirit for strength to get me through each day of stressful military wife-life and raising young children. I wrestled with doubting God’s goodness in that season, but in the end of this trial, I was rewarded with unshakable faith.
Now recently widowed, I’m learning to walk on a different kind of water. Now I’m here today to offer you some power-packed, Holy Spirit-filled wisdom and practical advice on how to walk on water in the face of any storm.

Hi I found your website and I wasn’t looking for it, but found it indeed! I have been wanting to start a page like this for sometime now. I also do artwork and verses from the bible. Or scriptures I mean. The lord our father in heaven talks to me through pictures sometimes, and visions and dreams. I do hear hidm sometimes, but here lately it’s been pictures I take. I know I probably sound a little 🤪. But that’s the way it is. I have some amazing pics to share and I’m having difficult trying to figure how to get them out there for people to see. I have some ideas but I thought maybe talking to you you may can give me some advice where to start? So I’m sorry if I took up to much of your time. But I would love to hear from you when you have time. Thank you so much, may God Bless You, have a wonderful afternoon dear..
Tracy, that’s awesome! He speaks like that to me too, so I think you sound perfectly wonderful. Excited to see what God does through your artwork! Hope*writers or Compel Training are great places to start!
